The hotel is conveniently located in the business area of Panjim, making it easily accessible to casinos and tourist spots. The rooms, despite booking a no-smoking room, were situated near the kitchen on the 2nd floor, which was not ideal. The service was courteous overall, but there was an unfortunate incident where the General Manager, Ms. Mallika, refused to speak to us when we requested a refund after just one night's stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had some issues like a bad odor that they tried to cover with too much room freshener, but they did switch my room when I raised the concern. The replacement room had a smashed window, which was not ideal. On the bright side, the room was nicely decorated with flowers, towel art, a cake, and wine, adding a special touch to my stay.
The hotel was ready earlier than the check-in time, and although there was a slight issue with the number of towels provided for the room, the Front Office staff member Akash went above and beyond to offer a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room. However, the encounter with the General Manager, Ms. Mallika, was not as smooth when requesting a refund. The location was excellent for business trips and sightseeing, near the Bus Station, with a lovely breakfast spread. The dining experience, while decent, could benefit from more staff and variety considering the hotel's standard. Overall, a positive experience with noteworthy individuals and amenities.
